MOOD BOARD
Mood board is a preview of the project. Think of it as the first impression of your space, It will include items such as inspirational images, a color palette and selected patterns.

FLOOR PLAN
A floor plan is a visual representation of the layout of a room. It is created from a birds eye view perspective. A floor plan will have specific symbols to represent things like windows, doors, stairs, furniture. It also contains dimensions and shows clearance. Basically, it is somewhat a map of a house with more points and details.

ELEVATION
An elevation drawing is a visual representation of the walls of a room. It helps to visualize a floor plan heights. It mostly indicates dimensions of the hanging elements.

FINISHES LAYOUT PLANS
A finishes plan is a visual representation of the layout of the finishes: tiles, panels, wallpapers etc. proposed for the room. Basically, it is somewhat an instruction for the installation. It contains dimensions, grids, patterns and starting points of the selected finishes.

SHOPPING LIST
It is a list of purchases to be made. It contains four sections: finishes, fixtures (bath, toilet, sink, shower, etc), furniture (cupboards, shelf counters etc) and accessories. Each item is described by the name product, dimensions, price and directory to the on-line store. All the items are available to purchase in Germany. Nomads at home cannot be held responsible if selected items happened to be out of stock. However, if the product is not available, after request we will provide a link to the alternative product.

BUDGET
It is a list of items. It is divided into four sections: finishes, fixtures (bath, toilet, sink, shower, etc), furniture (cupboards, shelf counters etc.). Nomads at home cannot guarantee fixed prices for the items listed in the template. Prices are set up by the producers and Nomads at home has no influence on that. However, if the price differs significantly, after request we will provide a link to the alternative product.
